I bought this product and was not happy with the time for delivery, but the merchant refunded part of the shipping cost as a courtesy. After using this product I wasn't at all happy because it doesn't stand up to machine washing, after the first washing the material was limp and dull looking, didn't have the nice sheen anymore. Deep pockets but still not durable as far as staying put after making up the bed.

I have been using high thread sheets for years. I purchased these and after washing them found the corner of the fitted sheet was torn. I think when they were stitched it didn't catch. EGYPTIAN BEDDING 1000 TC QUEEN NAVY EGYPTIAN COTTON SHEET SET 1000TC Review

I love the sheets, and they are very comfortable.Only draw back is I had to wash them about 5 times when they first arrived to soften them up a bit.They do soften over time, but at first they can seem fairly rough.Once you get used to it though, it is a very comfortable sleep.The sheets are also more of a navy blue than the somewhat royal blue pictured (in other words they are significantly darker than pictured).They seem to keep you warm in the winter without making you sweat all night long, and they should be very cool in the summer due to the breathing ability of the cotton.Would definately buy from this store again.

I just bought this comforter, as might be expected with new bedding I washed it before using it. Although it claims to be machine washable, and I washed it according to the care tag(cold, tumble dry), the colors still ran!

I called to return it but was told that since I washed it, it would be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Even though it obviously must have been defective, I still got nowhere with their customer "service" representative or her manager. They asserted that since it arrived (apparently) perfect and in my possession is now ruined, I therefore *must* have washed it incorrectly. Nice.

Color is really nice, deep black. I wasn't blown away by the quality.Sheets are thin, I was hoping for heavy luxurious feel.They do keep you cool since they are thin.They are soft but again wasn't blown away, with 1200TC I was expecting more I guess.If you have a really thick mattress like 18" deep you will be set. My mattress is only 11" thick so they don't fit very well.

I bought this set for my daughter's new bedroom. It really feels cozy and comfortable once you figure out how to put the comforter inside the duvet. It should have more ties inside the duvet to hold the comforter in place better. Also, this set doesn't come with a flat sheet or bedskirt. I spent a little more money for bedding,(bedskirt and flat sheet),than I wanted because I thought the duvet would cover the bed to the floor like in the picture. The good thing about it is you can take the comforter out and just use the duvet in the warmer months.
Overall, nice set.....

Softest sheets around.These sheets are softer than any 100% cotton sheets out there.Even without pre-washing they have a smooth silky cool touch.All of the high quality Egyptain cotton sets I tried made me itchy in bed and I did not have the patience to wait until the 5th or 6th washing. They are not as heavy(thick) as I expected from a 1500 thread count, however, that could be a good thing as they will not take up as much space in the washing machine.I also really love the "cool to to the touch" feel that you get from bamboo.Cust service was extremely helpful and cooperative.Buy with confidence!
